Excision of Gynaecomastia, also known as male breast reduction, is the surgical procedure used to treat gynecomastia, a medical condition of an enlarged breast in men. In this procedure, the underlying granular tissues are removed to reduce the breast size and to bring them to normal. Excision is sometimes followed by liposuction to squeeze out the extra fat.
